Kettlebell and body weight based strength and conditioning program designed for all levels of fitness. Our training system alternates between strength days and conditioning days. A few of the many benefits of strength training include: building lean muscle, increasing bone density, burning fat more efficiently, performing everyday tasks easier, and becoming less injury prone.
Conditioning sessions include interval cardio training. Our program will alternate days, and weeks to give you the most comprehensive training program available.
